Class Overview

The Basics

Sessions are 6 weeks long taking place at the Houston Playground tennis courts with 30-35 minute classes on weekends. The 6-class session is $120, $20 per class.

There is one rain date per session to account for a weather related cancellation.

Class Structure

Each class is 30 - 35 minutes and is a mix of the below activities:

  • Light stretches

  • Footwork, balance, hand-eye coordination drills/games

  • Practicing racquet and ball contact 

  • Tennis swing intro for forehand/backhand/volleys/smash

  • Tennis games

  • Cool down
